What’s in a Name?

In 1904, Vina Viola Morgan, was born one of twelve children in a small town in Texas. She had a life-long love of flowers: roses, dahlias, sweet peas & chrysanthemums grew prolifically in her Levelland garden. However, it was her penchant for the tall, stately hollyhocks for which we remember her most. We honor her- our grandmother, great-grandmother & great-great-grandmother with the name of our store.

Hollyhocks opened its doors in 2002, and has been providing Lubbock and its surrounding areas with great gifts & accessories ever since. Lynn & Sue Haney, along with their twin daughters Julie & Jill, and Jill’s husband Price, are always striving to bring unique & traditional gifts to their customers.
